if all the soybean and corn fail in south america then

Cpo will rise as high as Rm8000

and Jtiasa will shoot past Rm5 to reach Rm10 or even more like Supermax then

this qtr 1.78 sen

annualized 1.78 x 4 = 7.12 sen

if P/E is 20 then target price for Thplant should reach Rm1.42

Thplant already met the golden rule of 2 quarters profitable result

Feb 2021 result should be excellent as well since Cpo now ranges above Rm3000 to Rm3300 a tonne

Siliau is a small town in Seremban District, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The origin of the name is disputed but one source has it that it derives from the colloquial Hokkien dialect brought by southern Hokkien emigrants to Malaysia in the late 19th century. According to a local tradition, a group of Hokkien emigrants purchased a parcel of land in the Lukut district in 1903 through a middleman. Their intention was to farm the land. When they actually arrived to take possession of their land and saw how barren and infertile it was, a man threw up his hand in despair and said si liau, which is colloquial Hokkien for "we're finished."[1

just like Kulim was an asset play

Calvin call for a buy on Kulim at only Rm2.50 when it was downtrending

J Corp took Kulim private at Rm4.10 for 60% upside

if you check Kulim last two quarters before delisting Kulim actually reported losses

Why then Jcorp wanted to private it?

Because Jcorp wanted to put Kulim under Johor Land (another company taken private which I also got)

There converted 2 strategic lands of Kulim into thriving housing enclaves. One near Desaru and one near Tg Berlungkar

Do you know how valuable are the assets of Wtk?

Wtk has Warehouse in Spore with dirt cheap book value

if revalued they will blow of your mind

Every month palm oil companies will report

number of fresh fruit bunches harvested

how much cpo produced

how many tonnes of palm kernal cake

plus the month high and low prices of cpo traded for that month

After 3 months all are tallied in a quarterly report

All so simple and easy like a, b, and c

calvintaneng For Nov 2020 many palm oil stocks registered great result when Cpo traded at Rm2500 to Rm2600:a tonne for July to Sept quarter

So now we already SEE that cpo has been traded from above Rm2800 to as high as Rm3400 a tonne for October up to 26th of Nov now

These monthly results of Oct, Nov and Dec will appear in the Feb 2021 quarter of 2021

Since Cpo up another 20% to 30% again the profits could amplify upward

So investing in palm oil stocks really a no brainier

Today is 27 Nov and we now witnessed Oct and Nov 2020 months of much higher Cpo prices ranging above Rm3,000 to Rm3,050 today

With production cost of about Rm1600 to Rm1800

Profit has almost reached 100% from cost

From here we only have one more month of December to confirm How High the Profits will be reported for Feb 2021

Ur netx is still making many locked up at high floor flat, can u count oso its project value that will generate profit for next qr

I just added more when i saw credit now in substantial holder above 5%

Long or short time i cannot tell

But these are the eqivalent prices of Netx

Before consolidation

25 lots at 1 sen

After capital exercise is 25 sen (shares shrunk from 25 to 1)


So the target price at 25 sen which is 1 sen formerly is highly possible

How long time i cannot tell

Then 50 sen (ex from 2 sen)

See if it will reach 50 sen first then talk further

Wait for Netx directors next move

Cost of production range is Rm1600 to Rm1700

Average price is Rm1,700. So at Rm3,505 all palm oil companies as a whole are making more than 100% profit

If December month of 2020 cpo can hold above Rm3,505 then Feb 2021 result will be very very fantastic

A very strange and pervert behavior we have now come to witness

Stocks like Samaiden, Mysc, Gets and others are running ahead of profits

Nothing much to show yet fools are rushing to buy them up

Palm oil shares are reporting good profits and yet prices are lagging

For con man stocks prices are running far ahead of real profits

Palm oil stocks have genuine profits now running ahead of prices

As 90% of market players are destined to lose money eventually chasing hot air balloon stocks will lose money so let them chase samaiden, mysm, Gets and other lapsap to their total destruction and bankruptcy

Let the wise 10% buy value stocks which fools shun
