Based on AGM result, Share consolidated from 1.6Bil to 160Mil, but then issue RI 1.2B share, at the end final NOSH would be 1.36Bil. Can anyone advice the rational behind their plan ?

baby shark accumulate most of the ticket at 0.025 - 0.03 if consol @ 0.04 (+45% profit) // they will maximize their earning by lifting DGB and create wrong illusion for newbie purchase Warrant (in -ve premium). Please see how low they accumulate warrant? if WB able to touch 0.12 (ex price) - they earn 700% in WB. This might take up to half year or shorter bcos WB is expiring in 7 month.

So, what are you waiting for? Once consol, they will RI and free warrant again. Concurrently they can earn both WB and new WA.
They just wan PROFIT. #notthisway

@zalidaud betul Tuan, maybe akan ikut trend selepas (X) saja akan naik..kaunter past-covid ni TA dan FA pun dia tak kira dah, bantai semacam..asal jalan..so just follow je..but still be extra careful.. Likely Q3 result will be better as DGB could get +ve result during Q1 & Q2, where that time was the most suffer time for busineses due to MCO.

Kalau DGB nak goreng, dia akan goreng dalam jangka masa selepas EX dan sebelum QR (1 trading week). Lepas tu QR baik, kasi untung sikit NP, orang ingat bagus, trap orang dalam sampai announce Right Issue.
