To be frank (based on my personal view and research) GenM is far more potential than the gloves stocks on the long term after the vaccine surfaced (may be a couple of months to come).
Now everybody is rush into glove manufacturing for example Mashing will be in the line next year. Don ever forget about Thailand, Vietnam , Indonesia and southern China. The next pandemic. They are all ready. (I believe there will one more new virus to strike our planet after couples of year to come).
Gloves price will be down, when there are more competitors. Profit margin and revenue will go down.
Malaysians like to seek for fun and excitements. Genting resort and casino will be pack with China people and Malaysians after the pandemic. This is for sure. The Genting boss is now considering to sell off their US resorts is a "plus" good news.

Lol unlike glove whoreshippers...sorry typo error..I meant glove worshippers...we're very relaxed here having bought in at multi year lowest. No stress at all because not inflated and overvalued like glove bubbles. Worst part is people never thought glovemakers have to show patriotism by donating hundreds of millions lol.

Claiming yourself to be a long term investors in a badly affected sectors simply means the person covering his failures in choosing shares. He doesn’t have any business sense and does not know how to read technical chart. He only knows how to wait and wait until the sector recovers then he’ll come and tell. See I told you already it will go up while others are happily rolling their funds in other performing sectors first before coming back to the recovering sectors.

i3lurker, sorry to disappoint your assumption about me and you sound like trading is what you really need to survive your past poor performance. Anyone who claimed to be a trader with no paper loss is like a guy who tries to run in a race with an amputated leg and still claims that he wins in a handicapped competition. Never knew that one trying to squeeze out tiny gains whenever possible is doable for the sake of self fulfilment...you must be underperformed quite badly just to resort to trading. Accrued interests with less than 1% rate for various IB accounts isn't even worth it..let alone talks about compounding. I'd rather reinvest gains & dividends with snowballing compounding interests + capital gains.

Vaccines if have next June or later, those not infected will not or dare not get injected, wait and see first to see any side effects and also scare to travel for anothef 6 months or so. Only those seriously infected with covid 19 will ho for injection, no choice or to die. At least till 2022, things may turn better.
