Current manufacturing capacity fully taken up - means less cost and higher revenue per worker... :))

Management shared they are slowing down on talks with four other customers as they are expected to be fully occupied after the commencement of production for a new customer (Customer Y). - means can't accommodate new customers already with hands full production currently... :))

Capex of the group for FY21 is guided to be RM200 million, including the RM150 million allocated for Customer Y??? - means 75% of capex earmarked solely for the new customer means more future revenue... :))

ahahah right @DAN84, think he also just bought in since looking at the px going steadily from RM 1.00++ until RM 1.40... 40% increase minimum if he got in way earlier.. RM 1mil entry wud hav gotten a merc C 300 AMG + one honda civic



This is my comment throwback in July.. looking back now it will translate to 140% gain means you can get your self a cool RM 1 mil house + merc C 300 AMG + honda civic :))))

At the current EPS rm 0.06 x PE 30-40 = maybe RM 1.80 - RM 2.40 ???
at forward EPS rm 0.06 x 25% increase(new customers, more orders) in 2021-2022 x PE 30-40 = maybe RM 2.25 - RM 3.00 ?????

New customer man, good job everyone holding. The last article was only buying land for victory but now seem Victory and customer Y. Another 3 potential customer but they cannot do their business due to no capacity. How good is that, probably other EMS players will get this 3 customers that VS cant take in.

Surewind said it well... other EMS players like SKP or ATA might be beneficiaries of the rest of 3 potential customers.. with that said VS is capturing 3 thematic advantages:
1) US-china trade war diversions, divestments of EMS capabilities out frm china to msia..
2) VS's new customer Victory is covid related beneficiaries for its disinfectant sprayers.. high tech itself and many malls/offices using too..
3) Stay-home or lockdown orders throughout the world has bring new demand and heavy usage for home appliances , in which VS strengths lies at...
