（吉隆坡19日讯）民泰近电(BINTAI,6998,主板工业产品服务组)的美国合作伙伴Generex生物科技有限公司今日与中国多家公司签署价值5000万美元（约2亿零490万令吉）的许可和开发协议，进一步推进li-Key疫苗平台技术发展。

民泰近电周四发表文告表示，根据条约，Generex将可从通过li-Key技术开发的每项产品中，获得产品开发、监管批准、中国商业化、产品获批成功费等费用的预付款及全额资助，并根据逐案征收版税。

上述合约也包含了li-Key平台的首个项目，即冠状病毒疫苗在中国的发展及商业化项目，其中包括500万美元的预先许可费，生产、开发及商业注册的全额资助，2000万美元的疫苗获批成功费，以及有望突破数十亿美元的疫苗版税。

为此，Generex已于11月5日与北京国信海翔股权投资合作伙伴及北京友丰国际咨询有限公司，签署框架协议（HOA）。

民泰近电执行董事王春雷表示，“这对民泰近电来说是极好的征兆，因为我们持有在大马、缅甸、文莱、 柬埔寨、东帝汶、印尼、寮国、菲律宾、新加坡、泰国及越南等区域的冠状病毒疫苗分销、销售、及商业化的专有权。”

It really depends on fundamentals... The price will probably increase the closer we get to the vaccine, just need to be patient. Based on daily graph as well, it is still uptrend.

It is always a smart idea to set a stop loss though
