May i ask you 1 question, y u assume 8% profit margin? Did management mentioned anything about the profit margin in AGM?
From the latest q report, the Net Profit Margin is only 6%.

The Board of Directors of ML Global Berhad ("MGB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that MGB Geotech Sdn Bhd (“MGB Geotech”), an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 10 July 2017, accepted a letter of award (“LOA”) from Samling Ekovest JV Sdn Bhd (“SEJV”) for the appointment of MGB Geotech as a sub-contractor to SEJV for the sub-contract works for ‘Piling Works – Bau, Lundu and KSR Section (Precast Reinforced Concrete Square Piles and Precast Prestressed Concrete Spun Piles)’ at a provisional contract value of RM68,137,183.64 (“Project”). The construction period is for twenty (20) months and shall be completed by 31 October 2018.

The Project will increase and enhance the existing order book of the Company and its group of companies ("Group"). With the Project in hand, the Group’s current outstanding order book is of approximately RM2.05 billion.

The Project will have no effect on the issued share capital of the Company but it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Company and the Group over the duration of the Project.

None of the Directors, substantial shareholders of MGB and or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.

Currently having RM 2 billion order book which have to be done in 3 years time.
In other words, each quarter will have revenue of RM166 million. With 8% of profit margin, net profit will be RM 13.28 million. (EPS = 3.69 cents !! )


IF PE=15 (like GKENT); Target price will be RM2.21 !!

One of the Cheapest Warrant :

MLGLOBAL-WA (7595WA)

Exercise : RM 0.50
Expiry : 27/10/2019 (Left 2 year 2 month)
PREMIUm : 0 %

Mother share Price RM 1.32, Warrant RM 0.825 + exercise RM 0.50 = RM 1.325. (only expensive RM 0.005)

Normal cases, it should trading at RM 0.90-1.00 at least.

Don't wait until mother price fly to RM 1.50, only chase the warrant which is worth RM 1.00 that time.

When mother go to RM 1.80, warrant worth RM 1.30.
