Since 29 June 2017 and after announcement of contracts worth
RM 920 millions cancelled by China company. , until now there has no any announcement made by the company . The sharks are quietly accumulating the shares and waiting to push up the shares and warrants and distribute to the retail buyers warrants at high price before expired next year .

Recently there are some small capital and thin volume companies , the shares prices have been pushed up for few hundred percent like HO HUP-WA , GBGAQRS-WA , Menang -WB and others .

KUALA LUMPUR (July 17): Kumpulan Jetson Bhd has teamed up with Helios Photovoltaic Sdn Bhd to bid for solar power projects in Sabah.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Jetson said it has entered into a Heads of Agreement (HoA) with Helios Photovoltaic Sdn Bhd to jointly bid for the proposed projects, as well as to co-operate to procure the award of the whole or any of the contract packages for the proposed projects.
Helios is a dealer of solar energy products, offering services ranging from delivering solar power solutions to clients through design and build, consulting and project management.

Jetson said Helios has secured and completed numerous solar power projects with valued at more than US$40 million since its incorporation including the implementation of solar power projects in Kapit and Song districts, Sarawak.
Under the HoA, the two companies will form a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to undertake the proposed projects, with both holding an equal stake in the SPV.
Jetson shares closed down 0.5 sen or 2.17% at 22.5 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM46.5 million.

Kumpulan Jetson: Bags RM79m job to construct education institution. Kumpulan Jetson has been awarded a RM78.93m contract by Asia Pacific University SB for the construction of a private higher education institution. The company’s wholly owned subsidiary Jetson Construction SB has accepted the contract, which is expected to be completed by June 30, 2021. The contract is not expected to have a material effect on the net assets and gearing of Jetson for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2020. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and EPS of Jetson for the FYE Dec 31, 2020. (The Edge)
