Jaks price from 0.405 to 0.85 .Sendai may be same pattern , continue up. Sendai quarter result + win contract better than Jaks.

Three points why I looked into SENDAI:
1) Profit After Tax increased.
2) tendering construction works worth rm10 billion (fortunately not in Malaysia) anytime will announce good news jobs flow for SENDAI.
3)Net Debt reduce slowly in future .

I also wonder why this counter is sold at 0.49, I think it is far better than many non or poor profit making companies, director also dumping, have to wait for longer periods

The company got thick orderbook but most probably is because cutthroat prices bidding and thus low profit margin. Thus unattractive ROE too. It can survive winter but will be difficult to blossom even in spring. Hopefully management will can improve.

Some local listed CONSTRUCTION below rm1.00 announced poorer earning

If this stock is undervalued sure got alligator will accumulate at the bottom then goreng it again by releasing gd news. Normally, they will choose cheap counter with potential growth, good news, good fundamental... Just wait, almost bottom. No point to sell at current price.

There's already an article today in i3investor..casting doubt on the financial of this company...is it an attempt to suppress the price to buy cheap later on?...knowing well...Sendai is in a better position than many other construction firms in terms of securing contracts,outstanding order book ,profitability and etc..beware of such shady characters...who come with all kind of convoluted numbers...to scare away the novice investors..or worst still...frighten the current shareholders to sell their shares....so that some unscrupulous party may able to take position...after which they will sing a different tune..i have seen this happening many a time...so please beware.
