Kanger : Last 4 year total profit 20.8 mil stil kena going concern liabilty more than asset. 2017 cfo is resigned.2019 another cfo is resigned . worst audit committee independent n non executive director is resigned on 16/7/19.external auditor also resigned. This account book only ghost can do. 2nd QR report will be much issue.bkb hevea is 2014 old news still use .. some more container big big order . Like xingquan to be delisted on 16/8/19 due to financial report cannot be out as one big big order cannot be justified.

Another going concern is china 1st qtr GDP 6.4 % .China need 8% to create 10 mil job vacancy to cater ppl need. Kanger market is 50 % local china, business will be affected.worst still US China trade war , kanger export is 50% mainly North America, business is very much affected.

The Edge reported that Kanger International Bhd managing director Leng Xingmin’s stake in the bamboo flooring maker had dropped from 55.17% post-IPO to 24.45%.dated 21/7/2017 . And today is only holding 11%.indirect shares China MD easily bawah play ping pong.

Johnchew Kanger International Bhd’s wholly-owned China-based unit YanShan (Country) Kanger Bamboo Industry Co Ltd (YanShan Kanger) has been directed by the YanShan County’s to cease its factory operations until further notice.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Kanger said YanShan Kanger is recommended to temporarily stop operations or transfer its factory under the directive of the YanShan County, in respect of expediting the county’s development and beautification of the environment— scary

Refer 1QR unaudited: total borrowing = 64 mil, receivable =rm 70 mil , payable = rm 7 mil , what a good profit business 70 mil vs 7 mil .. must be one big big order with huge profit ( same as xinquan case being delisted ) , and no progress report on the rm 93.2 mil development project signed with JCIPC on 1/6/2018.

That’s why external auditor issue Going Concern on 2018 annual report , financial figure cannot be verified include non current asset PPE.

2nd QR report just change receivable =rm 70 mil to huge profit will do .. so easy since still unaudited, then 3rd CFO resign...
