idunwork The last report shows under 2 million of receivable over 45 days but no data on anything over 6 months. There may be still a chance to collect the write off and the legal process takes time.

Atrium REIT plans to raise up to RM999m by establishing a medium-term note (MTNs) programme to part-finance the purchase of properties in Penang. The MTN programme will have a tenure of 30 years from the date of first issuance, the group said. Atrium REIT has lodged the programme with the Securities Commission Malaysia, and that Public Investment Bank is the principal adviser, lead arranger, security agent and facility agent for the programme. remus hi all, according to the prospectus (30-Aug-2019) for right issue,
the NAV on 30-Jun was 1.43, and after rights issue the NAV should be 1.29.

However the NAV (NAPS) shown at i3investor is only 1.02 ?! anyone could kindly explain why the different in the estimate value in prospectus and the current NAV ? thanks
